Link a Database

This guide explains how to link a database to your FiveM server from the CloudFive panel.

1. Access the Database tab​

Log in to your CloudFive panel and select your FiveM server.

Go to the Database tab.

2. Automatically insert the connection line​

Click the 📖 (book) button next to your database.

tip

This button automatically inserts the connection line into the server.cfg file, at the root of your server.

3. View the connection details​

If you need the connection details (host, user, password, database name), click the 👁️ (eye) button to display them.

Keep this information confidential — it grants direct access to your database.

4. Restart the server​

Once the connection line has been inserted, restart your server for the changes to take effect.
